The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), managing cost control measures, planning and monitoring project costs, and generating detailed cost reports. Additionally, the role involves assessing budgets, evaluating project progress, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines throughout the construction lifecycle.Qualifications·   BSc. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification. ·   Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar capacity. ·   Working knowledge of Project management software. ·   The ability to interpretation of contract documents is essential. ·   Ability to meet deadlines and negotiation skills.
