Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction costs, from initial estimates to final accounts, while ensuring value for money. Day-to-day tasks include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting cost analysis, managing budgets, and providing detailed cost reports for ongoing projects. The role involves close collaboration with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management practices to optimize project expenses effectivelyExperience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various projectsStrong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to provide accurate financial forecasts and updatesAbility to work collaboratively across teams and communicate project cost implications clearlyBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related fieldAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsProficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying
