This role involves developing operational policies, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting technology implementation, while also managing the operational budget and providing leadership during critical incidents.ResponsibilitiesOperational Management:Oversee day-to-day data centre operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Budget ManagementContribute to the development and management of the operational budget.Policy DevelopmentDevelop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and systems.Regulatory ComplianceEnsure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.Data AnalysisMonitor and analyse operational data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.Capacity PlanningParticipate in planning and executing capacity expansions and infrastructure upgrades.Incident ManagementProvide leadership during critical incidents and emergencies, ensuring quick resolution.Stakeholder CommunicationCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on operational performance.Digital MindsetChampions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness.
