We are recognised nationally for our innovation, reliability, and exceptional product quality and we’re ready to welcome our next sales leader in Queensland.About The Role:As our Queensland Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the regional sales function, leading growth across key markets and strengthening our relationships with Australia’s top growers. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape the future of our Queensland operations through strategic thinking, commercial insight, and exceptional stakeholder engagement.In this role, you will:Develop and implement a strategic plan for Queensland markets and product lines.Achieve annual sales budgets, KPIs, and pipeline targets.Lead, mentor, and manage the Queensland sales team to deliver consistent commercial outcomes.Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers, growers, and supply chain partners.Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies for sustainable growth.Manage CRM processes for vegetable sales and maintain up-to-date competitor analysis.Work closely with the growing, production, and dispatch teams to ensure all deliveries meet customer specifications, with consistent product quality and on-time execution.About You:You’re a commercially minded, technically savvy professional who thrives in the horticulture and fresh-produce sector. You bring credibility, confidence, and a genuine passion for supporting growers and driving market growth.
