Retail Assistant - Luxury Jewellery Boutique

AUTORE MODA is seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Store Assistant to join our team at a high-end jewellery boutique. As a Retail Store Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and general customer service enquiries and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.Assist clients with product inquiries and sales transactions.Maintain a clean and organised store appearance.Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.Handle phone and email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a positive team environment.Requirements:Previous retail sales & customer service experience required.An interest in fashion and trends.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask Initiative in helping the team with misc tasks in shop down time (i.e. marketing, socials, customer service engagement)Basic computer skills, including experience with Point of Sale systems.Availability to work Saturdays & Sundays as needed.Ability to work autonomously as there will only be one sales staff on at a time.If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and have experience in retail sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
