The selected candidate will support the direct reports of the Chief Scientific Officer located in L’Aquila site in Italy.Responsibilities:Liaising with suppliers and staff;Booking of business trips and travel management for the direct reports of CSO and SC&F team;Coordination with various internal and external stakeholders and office activities for administrative fulfilments;In-depth knowledge of the main applications for the management of orders and contracts: SAP, Service Now Purchase2Pay, Jaggaer, etc ...Reconciling periodically with the Line Manager and Financial Department on the budget of the different R&D Business Units;Inserting and managing Purchase Order requests from R&D Business Units;Controlling quotations/offers/agreements and requesting the required approvals;Suppliers/vendors coding on internal systems;Purchase Order controlling with the support of the Procurement Dept.;Management and archiving of R&D contracts;Management of HCx processes for R&D Bus.Be aware and compliant with the relevant law ethics and regulations and corporate procedures of the reference area. Qualifications:University degree in Management, Law or Economics Required Skills:Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)Proven ability to use PC and applications including Google environment and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);Previous working experience in the role
