Transfer and adopt product and process from sister companies. Improve existing products or material. Generation and maintenance of design control file and product and process validations. Liaison or coordination with external supplier and in-house production to facilitate project implementation. Report generation on project update. To ensure the implementation and maintenance within the workplace of an effective management for occupational safety and health consistent with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and otherlegislative requirements.QualificationEducation / Experience RequirementsMust have an undergraduate degree in a related engineering/material science field, graduate or advanced degrees strongly preferred.Experience Talented and ambitious to learn and get things done The candidate has an engineering background in Medical Technology, packaging, plastic or chemical engineering. Ideally some relevant work experience in manufacturing, Quality Assurance, engineering, or Product Development related to Medical Device Industry. Candidates with an engineering background in electronic or mechanical education, given relevant work experience of at least 4- 5 years in the Medical Device Industry will be considered. Good skills with computers and standard software as well fluid English skills in oral and written are a must.
