Senior Technical Services Engineer

Role PurposeProvide technical support for photovoltaic pastes, ensuring smooth qualification, optimized production performance, and consistent cell efficiency. The role focuses on close customer engagement, problem-solving, and process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site technical support for new paste qualification and process optimization.Support pilot runs and production ramp-up phases.Assist in diagnosing and resolving process issues related to screen printing and paste performance.Collect and translate feedback into actionable technical insights for internal teams.Support engineers and operators with technical guidance and best practices.Maintain clear documentation including technical reports and visit records.Collaborate closely with internal R&D and sales teams to ensure effective technical alignment.Candidate Profile – Malaysia Market FocusMust-have RequirementsSTEM background: Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Materials, Chemistry, or related fields.Fluent in Mandarin & English (strong verbal communication for customer interaction).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in customer-facing situations.Proactive attitude, strong ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.Comfortable working in a field-based technical support role.
