Key ResponsibilitiesLead small-to-medium scale projects (e.g., new system implementation, system migrations, system expansions/upgrade)Track progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues when neededEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budgetDrive continuous improvement (automation, process optimization, standardization)Foster collaboration between cross-functional teamsTo act as liaison between entire project team (users and vendors) and ensuring alignmentEnforce adherence to company policies, security, and regulatory requirementsTo participate (if necessary) in Project Governance Working Team meetingTo ensure all documentations are complete & comprehensiveTo establish effective and good working-relationships with vendorTo ensure vendors comply to CelcomDigi regulations at all timesTo monitor, track and manage vendors delivery by ensuring all statement of work is delivered as per contract and agreement, apart from within timeline and quality standards with complete documentationPerson SpecificationsRespective degrees relating to Business Studies, Engineering or ITPreferred 5 - 10 years working experience as Project Manager or Technical Lead, preferably in the telecommunication environmentStrong business acumen and technical/solution understandingPossess an appreciation for technology and familiarity with SDLC is an added advantageCertification in project management is an added advantageAbility to work with all levels of management, including executive level, and cross functional teamExcellent leadership and management skillsExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal
