The company is embarking on a transformative, greenfield medical device project designed to improve and extend lives worldwide.You will be part of a high-impact, multi-year R&D program, collaborating with experts in engineering, clinical evaluation, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing. This is a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and drive the full product development lifecycle — from concept to commercial launch — for a device that will make a real difference in patient care.This R&D Project Manager role is ideally suited to an engineering-minded leader who thrives in dynamic, complex environments and is passionate about delivering innovative medical technologies.You will: • Lead the end-to-end New Product Development lifecycle, from concept and design through to verification, validation, and launch. • Manage and coordinate complex, multi-disciplinary projects across global teams and stakeholders. • Apply engineering expertise to drive problem-solving and technical excellence. • Champion regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR). • Embed robust quality and risk management practices throughout development.Skills / Experience: • Engineering background with proven leadership in medical device R&D. • Experience with Class II or Class III medical devices preferred. • Strong understanding of design controls, regulatory pathways, and quality systems. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Passion for developing technologies that have a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
