Your work directly supports Goodyear’s mission to shape the future of mobility through smarter, safer, and more sustainable tire solutions.About The RoleAs an R&D Tire Shipment Specialist, you will oversee experimental tire shipments across global routes, from plants and warehouses to external partners. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining quality, efficiency, and accuracy in shipment and warehouse processes, while working closely with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive improvements.What You’ll DoTrack and manage experimental tire shipments across plants, warehouses, and testing facilitiesTroubleshoot shipment and documentation issues, including customs and RPA errorsMaintain accurate inventory levels and oversee warehouse operations at key sitesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring shipment and warehousing issuesCommunicate shipment status and process updates to stakeholders with clarity and transparencyDrive continuous improvements in shipment and warehousing processesWhat You’ll BringBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Operations, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logisticsStrong communication skills; fluent in EnglishAbility to manage multiple tasks and travel as requiredPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Operations, or related fieldKnowledge of cross-functional and end-to-end Global Product Design and Development (GPDD) tire shipment and warehousing processes and systemsExperience with RPA error management and shipment tracking systemsProven ability to collaborate across functions and solve complex problems What We OfferEngaging work in a dynamic & collaborative teamPermanent contract with a 6-month probation periodWork in an international environment with daily interaction with colleagues and business partners abroadHybrid work modelOpportunities for professional and personal developmentInclusion in programs supporting health, recreation, and family activitiesGoodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
