If you have a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and solid Excel and CRM skills — this role is for you. Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and analyze off-plan and secondary property opportunities in Dubai.Contact agents, developers, and property owners to verify listings and gather accurate property data.Prepare and maintain profitability analyses, comparison sheets, and market reports using Excel.Manage developer documentation and RERA forms (Form A, B, F, I) in coordination with the legal and admin teams.Keep the CRM and property inventory consistently updated and organized.Support the sales executives and management team in day-to-day coordination and deal tracking. RequirementsFluent in English (spoken and written) — this is mandatory.Italian language is considered a strong plus.Proven experience in real estate coordination, administration, or brokerage operations in Dubai.Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, both off-plan and secondary.Excellent Excel skills and proficiency with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).Strong administrative accuracy and understanding of RERA documentation (Forms A/B/F/I).Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.Based in Dubai (on-site role strongly preferred).
