Workforce RTM & Data Analyst📍 Location: Maadi Technology Park🕒 Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We’re looking for a Workforce RTM & Data Analyst to join our operations team at Maadi Technology Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring real-time performance, creating insightful dashboards, and providing actionable analytics to support decision-making and workforce planning.Key Responsibilities:Monitor real-time queue performance and agent adherence.Perform detailed analytics and create dashboards using Power BI for KPI monitoring and forecasting accuracy.Support operational teams with insights for scheduling and resource allocation.Generate periodic performance reports for management review.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science.2–3 years of experience in WFM or Call Center Analytics.Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Fluent in Arabic and English.📩 If you have a passion for data-driven operations and want to make an impact in a growing team, we’d love to hear from you! hr@iconceptsbs.com
