Technical Project Coordinator - Egypt RemoteLocation: Egypt - Remote (Dubai HQ)Department: Project Management / Service DeliveryReports to: Project Manager / Operations ManagerRole OverviewThe Technical Project Coordinator supports day-to-day execution of IT infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, and outsourcing projects. The role ensures smooth coordination between engineers, clients, vendors, and internal departments. This person keeps projects moving, removes administrative blockers, and ensures timelines, documentation, and deliverables are executed with precision.This role suits someone who is highly organized, technically literate, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced delivery environments.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily project activities, ensuring tasks are assigned, followed up, and completed on schedule.Support project managers in planning, scheduling, risk tracking, change requests, and documentation.Track execution of technical deliverables across cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, and security projects.Liaise between clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure aligned communication.Maintain project trackers, RAID logs, resource calendars, and status reports.Prepare and update project documentation: SOWs, timelines, MOMs, design documents, deployment checklists, and acceptance certificates.Manage onboarding and offboarding of outsourced engineers including access, hardware, timesheets, and compliance.Monitor timesheet submissions and coordinate invoices with Finance.Assist with procurement requests, material delivery tracking, and vendor coordination.Support quality assurance and ensure deliverables meet project standards before client submission.Escalate blockers early and ensure proactive communication on risks and delays.Organize and document weekly status meetings, capturing clear action points and owners.Maintain up-to-date project dashboards for leadership visibility.Ensure compliance with client policies, operational procedures, and security guidelines across all engagements.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.2–5+ years of experience coordinating IT, cloud, or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of technical terminology (cloud, networks, virtualization, DevOps basics).Ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure with excellent follow-up discipline.Strong documentation skills — professional writing, formatting, and version control.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficient with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).Good command of MS Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.Experience in vendor/engineer coordination is a major plus.Preferred (Not Mandatory)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Understanding of Red Hat, VMware, Nutanix, SUSE, or Cisco environments.PMP / CAPM / PRINCE2 / ITIL certifications.Experience in IT outsourcing or telecom environments.Why This Role MattersBecause modern IT projects fail more due to poor coordination than poor engineering.A strong Technical Project Coordinator ensures:engineers are focused,clients receive clear updates,deadlines don’t slip,documentation is clean,and the project runs like a proper delivery machine.
