The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and performing general administrative and clerical duties. Additionally, they will assist in coordinating office activities while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a professional workspace environment.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative AssistantProficiency in Phone Etiquette and general Receptionist DutiesStrong Clerical, Administrative, and Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask efficientlyExcellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)Fluency in Tagalog is requiredPresentable, professional, and customer-oriented demeanorProficient in MS Office and familiar with basic computer applications and office equipmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageousCommitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a professional front office environment
