Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin and Prequalification Officer based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The primary responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, assisting with prequalification documentation for clients, organizing and maintaining records, and enhancing customer communication. The role also involves supporting daily operations by coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring seamless execution of processes. Qualifications Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative AssistanceStrong Communication skills and Customer Service orientationExceptional Organization Skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative toolsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldKnowledge of best practices in prequalification processes is an advantageStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
