The resource will report to the Facility Manager and will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional reception experience.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and packages, shipments efficiently.Coordinate with suppliers and service providers, ensuring smooth office operations.Oversee the booking and management of the pool car, managing booking, key handling and ensuring compliance with company policy.Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.Provide with general administrative tasks, including meeting room bookings and internal communications.Your TalentPrevious experience in a similar role.Flexibility and ability to work according to priorities.Excellent teamwork and collaborations skills.Solid Microsoft office knowledge: (Excel, Word, Power point).Good knowledge English.At Stella McCartney, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment in which all of our voices are heard.
