Job Title: ReceptionistReports To: Administration HeadKey ResponsibilltiesGreet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.Maintain visitor logs.Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, attendance, and check-in time of employees.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Qualification and SkillsMinimum education: IntermediateProven work experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Excel.
