The coach will be responsible for planning and leading engaging, fun, and safe recreational gymnastics lessons for a range of age groups and skill levels. Responsibilities include teaching and demonstrating gymnastics movements, ensuring participants follow safety guidelines, and fostering a supportive, motivating environment. Additional tasks may include contributing to special events, maintaining gym equipment, and collaborating with other staff to ensure program delivery aligns with the academy's standards.QualificationsExpertise in Gymnastics techniques and ability to demonstrate movements safely.Experience in coachingStrong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate students.Physical fitness and ability to physically assist participants when necessary for safety or instruction.Certification in First Aid/CPR is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
