We are expanding and looking for a proactive and strong Recruiter to help us scale our teams and support rapid business growth.2088 real estate is international agency with headquarters in Dubai specialized in UAE and Middle East property transactions.We provide full circle of transactions starting from consulting, purchasing, renting and renovation of all kinds of properties.https://2088realestate.com/🔹 Responsibilities: • Full recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → interviews → offers • Closing high-volume roles (Real Estate Agents) • Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates’ soft & hard skills • Working with LinkedIn, Telegram channels, recruitment platforms, and internal CRM • Building and maintaining talent pipelines • Daily reporting and recruitment analytics • Supporting onboarding together with HR Director and team leaders • Preparing job briefs, hiring updates, and recruitment materialActive collaboration with sales managers and department heads🔹 Requirements: • 1+ year experience in Recruitment (Real Estate is a plus) • Strong communication skills • Proactiveness, speed, and self-management • Ability to handle a high candidate flow • Fluent Russian (English is a plus)🔹 We offer: • Salary: 10,000-12,000 AED • Hybrid work format upon HR approval • Visa, medical insurance, and annual leave — as per UAE Labour Law • Dynamic and supportive team culture • Fast career opportunities within the HR departmentGreat companies are built by great people.Let’s build 2088 Real Estate together!
