This is an on-site role based in Dubai and is ideal for someone energetic, detail-oriented, and familiar with hiring for real estate roles.You will support end-to-end hiring activities for the real estate division—sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up while partnering with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with end-to-end recruitment for real estate positionsSource and screen candidates for Property Consultants, Sales Agents, Leasing Executives, CRM, and Admin rolesCoordinate interviews and provide timely candidate communicationMaintain applicant tracking and candidate databasesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and prioritiesSupport employer branding and candidate attraction initiativesEnsure a smooth and professional candidate experienceQualifications6 months – 1 year experience in real estate recruitment (mandatory)Basic experience in sourcing and screening candidatesKnowledge of real estate roles and market dynamics in the UAEStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)Must be available to work on-site in DubaiWhat We OfferCompetitive SalaryTraining & Development SupportOther Benefits as per the UAE Labour Law
