Their culture is collaborative, performance-oriented, and heavily focused on operational efficiency, innovation, and service excellence.Role PurposeThe Sr. HR Executive will manage a broad spectrum of HR operations, ensuring that HR processes support business continuity, project execution, and workforce productivity. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing HR expertise in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance management. The position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented HR professional capable of working in a fast-paced, technical, and project-driven environment.Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce ResourcingManage the full recruitment cycle for technical, field, and corporate roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.Build and sustain talent pipelines for recurring technical positions to reduce time-to-hire.Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and manpower needs for ongoing and upcoming projects.Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and metrics such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates. Onboarding, Induction & Employee Lifecycle ManagementExecute seamless onboarding processes: documentation, induction scheduling, HRIS updates, and coordination with cross-functional teams.Prepare employment contracts, joiner packs, benefit enrollments, and ensure pre-employment verifications are completed.Track probation evaluations, confirmations, internal movements, and promotions.Manage structured exit processes including clearance, exit interviews, and offboarding documentation. HR Compliance, Policy Administration & Employee RelationsEnsure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies; update and communicate policy changes as required.Support regulatory processes including visas, work permits, renewals, and statutory documentation.Maintain discipline and grievance procedures; handle employee relations matters with fairness, professionalism, and confidentiality.Prepare compliance documentation for internal audits and regulatory inspections. Payroll Coordination & HR OperationsOversee attendance management, staff rosters, leave approvals, and overtime validation for accurate payroll inputs.Collaborate with payroll and finance teams for timely salary processing and resolution of payroll-related queries.Manage employee documentation: NOCs, salary certificates, visa letters, medical insurance updates, and end-of-service calculations.Maintain accurate digital and physical personnel files in alignment with HR data governance standards. Performance Management, Learning & EngagementCoordinate annual performance cycles including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals.Support training programs: identifying learning needs, coordinating sessions, tracking attendance and effectiveness.Assist in designing and implementing engagement initiatives that improve retention, motivation, and team culture.Monitor key HR indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction scores. HR Reporting & Process ImprovementGenerate HR reports including headcount, attrition, hiring metrics, compliance dashboards, and workforce analytics.Support HR projects such as HRIS upgrades, digitization of records, process streamlining, and policy enhancements.Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to enhance HR service delivery.EducationQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.Experience4–7 years of progressive HR experience within the UAE.Prior experience in IT, technical services, engineering, or project-driven environments is highly preferred.Experience managing recruitment for technical/field roles is an advantage.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., Bayzat, Xopa, Ceipal, etc.).Solid MS Excel skills (tracking, reporting, analysis).Familiarity with visa, onboarding, and compliance workflows.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and manage confidential information.Problem-solving mindset with initiative to take ownership of tasks and projects.
