We are growing fast—and we need a dynamic, strategic Recruiter to help us build a high-performing team that supports our growth in engineering, manufacturing, and sales.As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top-tier talent for both technical and commercial roles across the organization. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake to onboarding—and serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers across departments. You will play a critical role in shaping the workforce that drives Ebco’s global success.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute full-cycle recruiting for roles across sales, engineering, operations, IT, and manufacturingCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and refine interview processesProactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach strategiesScreen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fitCoordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring processManage ATS systems, recruiting metrics, and candidate pipelinesDevelop job postings, recruitment marketing content, and employer branding initiativesPartner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and new hire transitionDrive continuous improvement in hiring velocity, candidate experience, and offer acceptanceRequirements2+ years of recruiting or HR experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS platformsDetail-oriented, organized, and professionalPreferredExperience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial salesKnowledge of compliance and labor law fundamentalsFamiliarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiterBenefitsMedical, Dental, FSA, 401K, Life
