Our sunglasses are tangle-free, floatable, foldable, and sustainably made - and we’re just getting started.This is a full-stack recruiting role that requires strong communication, organizational, and evaluation skills. You'll partner closely with our HR Manager and department heads to attract A-Players, refine our hiring processes, and help build a world-class remote team.Additionally, you will provide crucial support to the Human Resources department by assisting with onboarding logistics, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training and engagement activities to ensure smooth team operations.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (Full-Cycle)Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments — from defining job requirements to sending offer letters.Write engaging, brand-aligned job descriptions that reflect TopFoxx’s mission, values, and expectations.Post and manage job ads across global hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, etc.).Develop and review applications, role assessments and evaluation scorecards to ensure fair, data-driven hiring decisions.Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and alignment with TopFoxx standards.Build application forms, skills assessments, and candidate scorecards for objective, data-driven hiring.Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and transparent reporting systems.Collaborate closely with HR Manager and department leads to advance top candidates through the funnel.HR Assistance: Assist with creation the structured onboarding plans for each role, ensuring new hires understand expectations and responsibilities from day one.Conduct onboarding sessions and initial training for newly hired team members.Develop introductory materials, SOPs, training guides, and role-specific checklists.Partner with department leaders to ensure new hires receive the support, feedback, and clarity needed to succeed.Continuously improve training and onboarding processes based on new insights and feedback.Ensure all candidate interactions reflect TopFoxx’s culture — bold, kind, innovative, and excellence-driven  What We’re Looking For2– years minimum of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency), ideally in e-commerce, fashion, digital industries, or startups.1 year of experience as administrative assistant or similar roles Proven success hiring for both U.S.-based and international roles (LATAM, Philippines, India, Europe, Asia).Strong interviewing and evaluation skills with the ability to identify high performers quickly.Excellent written communication — able to craft compelling job descriptions, outreach messages, and candidate communications.Experience creating interview structures, flows, scorecards, SOPs, assessments, and evaluation frameworks.Hands-on experience with onboarding, training, or talent development (formal or informal).Ability to manage multiple open roles and onboarding cycles in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and deadline awareness.Tech-savvy, comfortable using Google Suite, Asana, TimeDoctor, job boards, and digital tools.A proactive, self-driven mindset — someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and brings solutions. Passionate about people, culture, and helping teams scale with clarity, integrity, and excellence.You’re excited about the opportunity to work very hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy to build something incredible.What You’ll GetCompetitive hourly rate: $4–$7 USD (depending on experience)Fully remote and international teamOpportunities for growth into HR coordination and talent development rolesMentorship and collaboration with our HR Manager and COOA supportive, fast-paced environment built on kindness, ambition, accountability, and innovationFree sunglasses + generous product discountsThis isn’t a “resume screener” role.
