The Human Resource Department is committed to aligning workforce strategies with Huawei’s vision, driving sustainable growth and organizational effectiveness.About the job:Conduct competition talent mapping and other activities in the American region to identify and target international competition talentImplement sourcing strategies to target competition talent and maintain a diverse and qualified candidate poolEffectively attract, source, and interview candidatesAdvise hiring teams on recruiting best practices and strategies to attract, source, screen, and hire competition talentAdministrating the approval process, offer letter, and related activitiesMonitor and manage the recruitment process end-to-endWork closely with hiring managers in a consultative manner ensuring the best hiring decisions are made and in a timely mannerParticipate in career fairs, networking events, and potentially other projects or recruitment initiativesJob requirementsAbout the ideal candidate:Ability to produce quality results, working under minimal supervisionPositive attitude and team playerAbility to quickly create relationships with hard-to-find candidatesPassionate about talent acquisition and up-to-date on industry best practices, thinking innovatively and outside-the-box for talent attraction strategiesDriven and results-oriented with a can-do attitudeConfidence in recruitment abilities and strong negotiation skillsProficiency with MS Office SuiteExperience supporting multiple open vacancies at a time with the ability to effectively prioritize hiring requirements
