We call it the Lambton Way, and we welcome applications from those who are interested in being part of it.ALL IN: The 2025-2029 Lambton College Strategic PlanAbout The PositionThis is a temporary part-time administration role, reporting to the Associate Director, Co-Operative Education & Experiential Learning working 18 hours per week at an hourly rate of $37.68 - this role will be effective January 12, 2026 and end April 25, 2026.A WIL Project Supervisor plays a crucial part in managing and guiding others' performance. During 16 hours of weekly supervision, the WIL Project Supervisor acts as the main point of contact for WIL students, acting as a coach and a Supervisor. The WIL Project Supervisor will meet weekly with the WIL Project team, deliver PD sessions and contribute to the success of the WIL Project students.This position is a combination of in person and remote work. The in person portion will be based out of the Lambton College Centre for Graduate Studies, located at the St. Paul’s University campus in Ottawa, Ontario.Specific Accountabilities16 hours per week of scheduled supervision of professional teamsCoach and support young professionals toward increased personal and professional successUphold and administer office policies and proceduresCoach and adhere to office health and safety regulationsProvide timely feedbackEnsure consistent communication with teams, establishing one method of communication as the mandatory tool (MS Teams/LMS)Conduct weekly individual and team meetings as necessaryQualificationsCompletion of a Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 3 years working as a direct SupervisorLambton College is committed to an inclusive, barrier-free selection process.
