Proteams is a leading Freelance Marketplace based in Europe supporting leading multinational enterprises in external workforce activities by sourcing and managing teams of top-tier independent professionals, either freelancers or contractors, with a particular focus on IT, Digital and Creative positions and projects.Responsibilities:Sourcing and screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirementsActing as the main point of contact for candidates from initial application through to the offer stageCommunicating with clients to gather role requirements, provide candidate updates, and align on expectationsWorking across a variety of roles, functions, locations, and seniority levelsParticipating in the development, maintenance, and ongoing updates of our recruitment platformScheduling and arranging interviews for candidatesCollaborating closely with hiring managers and internal teams to align on hiring processes and evaluationsQualifications:Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates, especially via LinkedIn and other platformsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote and interntional environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills in English (very good to fluent level)Experience communicating with clients or hiring managers regarding job roles and candidate updatesProactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in parallelIf you're interested, please apply using the Linkedin, or send me a message if you have any questions.
