Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with business leaders on talent gaps to drive an effective and efficient talent acquisition strategy to enable the business Source and identify top talent utilizing creative recruiting strategies to develop a pipeline for current and future opportunities Proactively gather actionable and competitive intelligence from market analysis to advise business leaders on current and future talent trends, ensuring the company maintains a competitive advantage Network, source and build a talent pipeline with industry leaders to attract skilled and credentialed professionals Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies Utilize creative diversity sourcing strategies for the designated business groups; this includes building strong external partnerships with diverse associations Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to continually enhance recruiting strategies Continuously search for and use new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to build candidate pools while developing strategies to attract talent for hard to fill/specialty positions This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned Competencies and skillsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required 3 years of recruiting experience with a strong interest, desire and capability to source passive and active candidates Experience with high-volume recruiting for hourly positions Must have excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills along with the ability to manage priorities and work in both a team and individual setting The base pay range for this position will be 68,000 to 82,000 annually. The exact pay will be determined by multiple factors unique to each individual, including years of experience, certifications, and the specific location of the job.
