You’ll work closely with our recruiters to coordinate both virtual and in-person interviews, support executive involvement when needed, and ensure candidates have everything they need at our San Francisco office—from a smooth arrival to a thoughtful goodbye. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational excellence, loves solving logistics problems on the fly, and brings both warmth and precision to every interaction.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interview loops and debriefs for candidates and the internal team members conducting interviewsEnsure every candidate has a smooth, well-communicated, and positive experienceManage logistics for onsite interviews at our San Francisco office, including candidate arrival, workspace setup, and a thoughtful wrap upProactively identify and solve day-of issues, including last-minute changes or scheduling conflictsCommunicate clearly and promptly with candidates and internal teams about interview logistics and updatesPartner with the People Operations to support new hire onboarding logisticsRequirementsDetail-oriented and operationally strong—you know how to keep things movingClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsPersonable and warm—you're great at making candidates feel welcome and supportedAbility to think on your feet and respond to last-minute changesPrevious experience in a recruiting or coordination role is a plus, especially at a fast-paced companyBenefitsCompetitive compensation package.
