We train vision models to read those documents the way a human would, and make it possible to build products, train models, and automate processes at scale.We’ve grown incredibly quickly, growing revenue by 7x YOY, and now work with hundreds of companies ranging from leading AI teams (Harvey, Vanta, Scale), through to enterprise (FAANG, top 3 trading firm).We've raised over 100M from world-class investors like A16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital, and are hiring a founding Infrastructure Engineer.The OpportunityAs Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a key role in scaling Reducto's team as we grow rapidly. You'll collaborate closely with founders, hiring managers, and the broader team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and build the recruiting infrastructure that enables us to attract world-class talent. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape our hiring processes and company culture from the ground up.The Core Work Will IncludeOwn end-to-end interview coordination, managing complex scheduling across multiple time zones while ensuring every candidate has a seamless experienceServe as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely communication and representing Reducto's culture and valuesBuild and optimize recruiting operations including ATS management, pipeline tracking, metrics reporting, and process improvements that scale with our growthPartner with hiring managers and recruiters to prepare interview materials, coordinate debriefs, manage feedback loops, and support offer processesDrive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks in our recruiting workflow and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and candidate satisfactionWe Would Love To Meet You If YouHold yourself to a high bar for quality and precisionHave a bias towards action and enjoy solving complex problemsHave 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition operationsOperate well in fast-changing, high-growth environmentsCollaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teamsTake full ownership from strategy through executionBonus Points If YouHave experience at both an early-stage startup and a larger company, bringing the best of both worldsAre familiar with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse,LinkedIn Recruiter, and GemCare deeply about combining operational excellence with exceptional candidate experienceBenefits at ReductoAt Reducto, we’re invested in the well-being and growth of our team.
