Since our humble beginnings in 1981, we’ve built a strong reputation for the quality of our work and the long-term relationships we foster — all driven by our core values of collaboration, courage, and authenticity.About The RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our corporate team in Wangara, WA.Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end White-Collar recruitment. This includes creating job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, coordinating and conducting formal interviews with Hiring Managers, managing compliance and onboarding processes, and preparing and issuing offers of employment.Other Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited ToManage end-to-end recruitment for White-Collar roles, including drafting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interview processes.Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and provide advice on sourcing strategies, market trends, and best practice recruitment processes.Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a fair and consistent approach in line with company values and compliance requirements.Oversee candidate onboarding, including reference checks, compliance verification, and preparation of contracts and offers of employment.Act as the primary point of contact for third-party stakeholders, including suppliers, recruitment agencies, and labour hire providers, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.Strategic sourcing through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, industry associations, talent pools, and referrals to attract high-quality candidates.To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:Experience in technical White-Collar recruitment, ideally within the civil construction industry.Excellent communication and interviewing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.The capability to confidentially build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders.Proven experience in candidate care, ensuring a professional and positive recruitment experience.Knowledge of SuccessFactors (highly advantageous).MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights.WHY JOIN ERTECH?At Ertech, We’re Committed To Investing In Our People And Creating a Workplace Where You Can Thrive.
