We take ownership of every search and focus on impact.The OpportunityWe’re expanding our presence in the GCC and looking for an entrepreneurial partner who already understands the region’s business culture.You’ll build client relationships, win retained or embedded recruiting mandates, and manage searches end-to-end — supported by our brand, materials, Loxo (CRM/ATS), and on-demand sourcing capacity when needed.Your TasksBuild and manage client relationships in your market.Run end-to-end searches (intake → sourcing → interviews → offer → placement).Engage and qualify candidates using Loxo and other channels.Create targeted outreach and proposals that win mandates.Coordinate delivery support when needed and maintain clean pipeline hygiene.What We’re Looking ForProven recruitment experience, ideally in a 360° role.A strong network or access to decision-makers within the GCC (founders, investors, HR, or leadership).Fluent English - Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.Commercial instinct, professional communication, reliable follow-through.A long-term mindset and motivation to build a market.SetupHybrid model: small monthly base (for active partners) + 50% of net fees per placement.Full autonomy over your pipeline and clients.Access to Loxo, pitch materials, and templates on day one, plus on-demand sourcing support.ImportantThis is not a side project or short-term gig.
