Do you thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to connect with exceptional people?We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support three Directors in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across the financial services and professional services sectors. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for managing the interview process from start to finish, liaising closely with candidates and clients, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved. You’ll review CVs, write job adverts, screen and interview candidates, and maintain our CRM system with precision and attention to detail.You’ll work as an extension of the Directors, providing high-level support across multiple mandates and projects, often liaising with senior stakeholders and clients who expect excellence in every interaction. This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the phone, engaging confidently with people at all levels, and building relationships quickly and professionally.To be suitable for this role:Degree level educationHave proven work experience within recruitment, sales or client facing administrationKeen to work to deadlines in a high-performance environment, and proven experience of operating in such a setting. Have genuine enthusiasm for building relationships and are seeking a role with significant people interaction.You’ll be well-presented, articulate, and curious about the world around you, someone who follows current affairs, business trends, and global markets.In return, you’ll join a collaborative, ambitious team where no two days are the same.
