Please note this position is based on-site at our soon to be launched Basel, Switzerland office and is not a role that can be performed remotely.What you’ll do:Creatively and resourcefully recruit senior consultants/contractors and generate leads through a variety of tactics, including referrals, prospecting, cold calls etc.Build a strong base of highly qualified consultants/contractorsEffectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clientsManage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social mediaEffectively negotiate pay ratesPartner closely and work collaboratively with account executives to fulfill open positionsIndustries include: Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, BiotechnologyJob RequirementsExperience and skills you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent1-3 years of sales or recruiting experience preferredCreative, outgoing, energetic person with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding goalsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication/verbal skills, especially on the phoneStrong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
