This position is Monday to Friday, based out of our head office, we offer flexible working arrangements.In this role, you’ll utilise various recruitment platforms such as FastTrack360, Broadbean, Onboarded, Referoo, LinkedIn as well as MPower / Workday to attract top talent. We’re currently in a transition period with our systems therefore, experience with MPower / Workday is highly preferred for this position.ResponsibilitiesUtilise FastTrack360, MPower / Workday, Broadbean and Onboarded to manage the recruitment processes of all staff onboarding.This position would include roughly 80% blue collar recruitment and 20% white collar, covering all the West Coast of Australia.Identify and sourcing potential candidates for a variety of positionsScreening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills and experienceDeveloping and maintaining relationships with clients / internal stakeholders to understand their specific hiring needsCoordinating candidate placements with clientsProviding ongoing support to both internal stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment processManage the onboarding process for successful candidates using the onboarding platform.What We Can OfferExclusive Employee Perks & Discounts – Access to benefits in travel, retail, vehicles, and health & wellbeingLoyalty Bonus – Rewarding long-term commitmentReferral Bonus – Recommend someone for the role and earn a monetary reward if they’re successfulPerformance & Progress Appraisal – Opportunities for performance development and pay increasesHighly Competitive Pay Rates – Plus career development opportunities within a truly international organisation.Supportive & Inclusive Culture – Freo Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to employee development and job satisfactionWe Are After People With The Following AttributesPrevious experience recruiting in the blue collar space - specifically the construction / mining industry will be highly regardedAround 3-5yrs experience working as a recruiter – mainly within the blue-collar spaceExperience with Microsoft platformsExperience with MPower / Workday as well as FastTrack360 whilst we make the transition etc would be highly beneficialStrong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
