Recruitment Specialist

Decorative Glass is a leading company in the glass processing industry is seeking to hire hashtag#Recruitment_Specialist to join our HR team.Responsibilities:- Attract and recruit candidates for both White and Blue Collar.* Maintain accurate records of vacancies and hiring needs.* Draft and post job advertisements internally and externally through suitable platforms.* Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals to support talent acquisition.- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews with shortlisted candidates.- Arrange interviews, assessments and ensure necessary support for candidates with special needs.- Collect references and conduct pre-employment checks.- Prepare offer letters, rejection letters, and all hiring documentation.🎓 Requirements:- Bachelors` degree in any suitable field.- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to both White and Blue Collar.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Knowledge of recruitment procedures and labor laws.- Proficiency in Excel and online recruitment platforms.📍 Location:Obour City transportation is providedFor applying, kindly send your CV to recruitment@decorativeglasseg.com and mention the job title in the subject line.
