Job descriptionJob descriptionJob descriptionAbout the Opportunity:AI Talent Hunt, is seeking a skilled Technical Sourcer / Head Hunter to join our team on a commission basis. This role is focused primarily on passive candidate outreach, networking, and headhunting for technical positions in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Development, and Product Engineering. You will play a critical role in building strong candidate pipelines and connecting with top-tier talent who may not be actively applying to jobs but are the right fit for our clients.
