You will be responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, executing daily sales activities, and staying aligned with the evolving needs of the industry. By combining strong technical expertise with strategic relationship-building, you will contribute to expanding REDA’s customer base while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include conducting market research, recommending value-added products, preparing detailed visit reports, and managing multiple sales projects simultaneously. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and engage directly with both new and existing clients to achieve sales targets and support broader business goals.

Proactively identify and manage sales opportunities to drive business growth. Promote and sell polymers and rubber additives to achieve defined sales targets. Prospect for new customers, expand into new markets, and generate new business opportunities.
Provide technical support, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and responding to customer inquiries in coordination with the regional technical team. Understand and respond to evolving market needs and customer requirements. Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and product demand. Propose value-added products and solutions that strengthen REDA’s offering. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and weekly visit/activity summaries. Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. Collaborate with marketing, product development, customer service, and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Manage multiple sales projects with a strong focus on follow-up, execution, and achieving results. Conduct reliable sales forecasting based on market insights and customer behavior. Actively network within the local industry and community to uncover leads and build partnerships. Plan and manage sales budgets in alignment with organizational strategies and goals. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Chemical or Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales of raw materials, industrial, or specialty chemicals within the rubber and plastics industry.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and conduct regular meetings.
