About UsWe support our customers in their digitalization journey with our deep technical expertise.GlassHouse (and e& Enterprise owned company) has a rapidly growing business, and it has many opportunities with its dynamic & energetic environment.We have offices in İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir, South Africa and Qatar.Come to join us!Basic FunctionsDrive sales, business development, and forecasting to achieve strategic goals by leading enterprise and public sector customers through the entire business cycleIdentify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer objections, and develop the strategy to resolve roadblocksManage a multi-quarter forecast and sales plan with accounts spanning from enterprise to public sectorOversee all aspects of transactions involving agreement terms and pricingRecognize each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy, and external landscapeCollaborate with or lead Glasshouse Account Managers and Presales team members to close deals for customersExpand new accounts and Cloud salesBe able to manage profit base opportunities commercially to achieve yearly goals and growth strategiesDevelop action plans with partners to deploy new customer-focused solutions based on CloudQualificationsBuilding of a transformational Cloud vision and execution model aligned with Customer’s challenges and desired outcomeSales experience in IT industry, requires 5+ years of related experience in a relationship selling roleBasic understanding of contracts, terms and conditions and the ability to negotiate standard and non-standard T&CsProven ability to achieve results working with complex organizations both internally and externallyAbility to work in a matrix environmentAbility to influence others to achieve resultsAbility to manage teams and resources in a highly matrix environmentUnderstanding of relevant market trends and opportunitiesExcellent and proven presentation and consultative skillsNegotiator - can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships
