Regional Head of Compliance

We are currently partnering a leading conglomerate to recruit for a strategic Regional Head of Compliance to lead and enhance the compliance framework across the region. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving a culture of compliance, and partnering with senior stakeholders to manage risk effectively.Key Responsibilities:Lead the regional compliance function, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulatory requirementsDevelop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controlsProvide strategic compliance advice to senior management and business unitsConduct internal investigations and oversee third-party due diligence processesDrive compliance training, awareness, and a culture of integrity across the regionRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related discipline10+ years of experience in Ethics & Compliance Proven leadership in managing regional compliance teamAbility to navigate complex regulatory environments and provide pragmatic, risk-based solutions
