Location: Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamReports to: CEOScope: Vietnam & Southeast Asia marketsTime Working (Onsite): Mon - Fri | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMI. Position OverviewAs the Regional Head of Human Resources (Southeast Asia), you will lead the people strategy across our SEA markets, ensuring alignment between organizational growth and business goals.Based in Vietnam - our regional headquarters, you will oversee HR teams across countries, build a strong HRBP function, and act as the strategic HR Business Partner for the Vietnam business.This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on partnership, driving initiatives in talent development, performance management, culture integration, and organizational transformation across the region.II. Key Responsibilities Regional People StrategyDevelop and execute a regional HR strategy aligned with business priorities and market expansion;Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives across multiple markets;Ensure consistency and integration of local HR policies into a unified regional framework;Partner closely with the regional leadership team on organizational transformation and capability building. HR Business PartneringServe as the senior HRBP for the Vietnam HQ and strategic partner to Regional Business Leaders;Guide and empower country HR Managers / HRBPs to deliver localized yet business-aligned HR solutions;Partner with leaders on performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. Talent & Culture DevelopmentDrive regional talent initiatives including career framework, leadership pipeline, and performance enablement;Foster a people-first culture promoting collaboration, empowerment, and inclusion;Strengthen internal mobility and cross-country career opportunities within the region. HR Operations & GovernanceOversee HR compliance, compensation frameworks, and cross-border mobility programs;Ensure consistency of HR processes, systems, and employee experience across all countries;Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for leadership decisions.III. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field;10+ years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership or regional role;Proven experience managing HR across multiple countries or within a multinational organization;Deep understanding of Southeast Asian labor markets and cultural dynamics (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.);Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;Fluent in English, proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage;Have a personal laptop.IV.
