We’re currently seeking a high-performing Regional Manager to oversee operations at a portfolio of 900+ affordable housing units in Texarkana, TX.This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who’s passionate about stabilizing distressed assets and driving operational excellence. With full control over financials, marketing, and operations, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by a supportive team and a long-term investment plan.If you’d like to be considered, please submit a resume for review.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of 900+ affordable housing unitsLead and support a team of property managers and community staffManage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reportsExecute stabilization and improvement projects with a focus on creativityFoster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and serviceQualifications1+ years of multi-site/regional affordable housing experienceStrong operations experience with a hands-on approachExperience stabilizing distressed assetsComfortable working with tight budgets and finding creative solutionsProven ability to lead and support resident activitiesPerksEarn up to $144k in total compensation, including salary and bonusesBonus potential up to 20% annuallyFree HMO plan and paid BPO plan available$300-400/month vehicle allowance and $85 cell phone allowance12 company holidays, 3 personal days, and 3 weeks of PTOWe look forward to reviewing your application!
