Through our core values of embracing change, taking ownership, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a results oriented collaborative environment, we are a dynamic team that is transforming and revolutionizing correctional healthcare.Great outcomes start with great people and Armor has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to join our team at Dekalb County Jail in Decatur, GAResponsibilitiesResponsible for the operational and financial performance of assigned contract(s)Serve as a liaison for the Client and Armor StaffReview audits conducted by corporate resources, Client Contract Monitors and outside agencies to determine the clinical and administrative performanceDevelop and ensures the completion of appropriate corrective action plans to any deficiencies identified in audits conductedAnalyze financial information provided from corporate reports and addresses identified issues with appropriate staffDevelop, negotiate, and monitor budgets for several multi-site health care systems and all non-hospital site subcontractsCounsel, coach, develop, and discipline employees as neededProvide training, mentoring and direction to site managers in the areas of budget, personnel, client relations and leadership skillsLead strategic planning efforts at each site to enhance performance, grow profits, and improve systems over the contract cycleRecruit, appoint, and set compensation levels for all of the region's management and provider staff in conjunction with Corporate Human Resources and FinanceFunction as project manager for new business start-upsMonitor the performance of subcontracted support services (lab, mental health, dental, infectious waste disposal, etc.) and work with contracted vendors to address any noted deficienciesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Administration, or other related fieldMaster’s Degree preferredFive (5) years of correctional health care management experienceAbility to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include background check and drug screenEducationArmor Health focuses on offering comprehensive and robust Total Rewards package.
