Overview: Regional Operations ManagerLX Pantos America is the U.S. branch of LX Pantos, a global leader in logistics. We provide nationwide distribution, last-mile delivery, and installation services for large home appliances.We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee hub and field operations across the U.S. In this role, you will manage hub managers, improve service quality, and drive efficiency.This is a key leadership role that focuses on performance management, process consistency, customer satisfaction, cost control, and execution excellence.What You Will DoOperations & KPI ManagementManage and support multiple hub managers and their teams across the U.S.Track and improve KPIs (On-time Delivery, Inventory Accuracy, Return Rate, NPS, etc.)Create and carry out strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costsUse WMS/ERP data to find and apply improvementsProcess & QualityEnsure all hubs follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction nationwideMonitor and improve processes for product damages, claims, and returnsWork with HQ to analyze customer feedback (including NPS) and make improvementsLeadership & Team ManagementCoach and guide hub managers to improve performanceLead regular regional meetings, training, and performance reviewsBuild a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementSupport hubs with special issues or urgent problemsManage partner performance through regular review meetingsStrategy & CommunicationWork with HQ and executives on regional operational strategiesPrepare monthly/quarterly reports and present to leadershipManage relationships with builder clients and key partnersSupport planning and execution of new hub openings and expansionsWhat We’re Looking ForEducation & Experience7–10+ years of management experience in logistics, supply chain, or distributionExperience managing multiple hubs, warehouses, or sitesBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)Experience with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)Experience in large appliance logistics, last-mile delivery, and installation is a plusSkills & AbilitiesStrong leadership and coaching abilitySkilled at analyzing KPIs and driving improvementsAbility to use customer feedback (including NPS) to guide operationsProficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong reporting skillsStrong communication skills with teams, HQ, and customersOther RequirementsWillingness to travel nationwide (25–50% monthly)Valid driver’s licenseStrong problem-solving and crisis management skillsLong-term career commitmentBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision insuranceLife, STD, LTD, and AD&D coverage401K retirement planPaid Time Off (PTO) and holidaysLeadership and executive development programs
