Job Description

Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and grow eBike sales in assigned areas.Identify and build relationships with new dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.Conduct regular market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.Territory ManagementManage and monitor sales activities across the Malabon region and nearby areas.Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather competitor intelligence, and support sales partners.Ensure timely delivery and availability of products within the region.Team Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to support regional sales operations.Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.Customer ServiceAddress and resolve dealer and client concerns promptly and professionally.Assist with after-sales support and warranty-related queries as needed.Logistics SupportUse own motorcycle to travel within the territory for fieldwork, partner visits, and deliveries when necessary.Ensure efficient use of resources and time while covering multiple locations.aged 25-40Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the eBike, motorcycle, or related industriesMust own a motorcycle and have a valid drivers licenseStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsKnowledge of the Malabon area and surrounding locations is an advantageHigh level of initiative, independence, and integrityAbility to meet targets under minimal supervisionWill handle Malabon area
