We are actively seeking an experienced professional with dedication and team spirit, ready to embark on an international career journey at the earliest opportunity.ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and grow our enterprise business through our A2P SMS and RCS messaging services in the Asian market with a focus on China. This role is key to ensuring acquisition of new customers as well as extracting more value from existing ones thanks to supporting long-term client satisfaction, guiding clients through local telecom regulations, identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth. You will act as a hunter, strategic advisor, onboarding clients and helping helping them maximize the value of our messaging solutions.RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify new opportunities in the Enterprise market and lead them up to closingCover Asia with a focus on China originated international trafficManage the sales cycle to successfully to onboard new customersManage and grow relationships with existing A2P SMS and RCS clientsEnsure smooth client activationProvide guidance on telecom regulations, sender ID registration, and complianceServe as the main point of contact for escalations, product updates, and optimizationMonitor client usage and performance metrics to drive retention and upsellCollaborate with support, product and technical teams to ensure client successIdentify and act on upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needsConduct regular business reviews with clients to track progress and ROIABOUT YOU:This role is based in Hong Kong and requires native-level proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese.Minimum 3 years of experience in selling A2P messaging (SMS/RCS) or communication platformsStrong understanding of A2P SMS ecosystem and telecom regulationsExcellent communication and relationship management skillsAnalytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insightsComfortable working with CRM tools and ticketing systemsProactive, organized, and client-focusedFluent in English (additional languages a plus).
