As a Regional Sales Representative, based in Kyiv, Ukraine, you’ll act as the vital link between Nufarm and our distributors, farmers, and agroholdings — ensuring that our sales strategy delivers value where it matters most: in the field.You’ll lead regional sales activities, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities to grow both Nufarm’s presence and the success of our partners across Ukraine.How You’ll Help Us Grow Execute sales activities in alignment with Nufarm’s strategy and annual plans. Achieve individual sales targets and objectives set by the Head of Sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key partners. Communicate regularly with customers about marketing campaigns, promotions, and new initiatives. Conduct commercial negotiations aligned with company interests and policies. Support marketing events and campaigns — from concept to execution — in close cooperation with the Sales and Marketing teams. Handle customer feedback and product claims professionally, ensuring quick and effective resolution. Track and report on sales performance, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, using insights to strengthen Nufarm’s positioning. Contribute to annual sales planning, forecasting, and strategic discussions.Could This Be You?You’re an energetic and proactive sales professional who thrives in building relationships and turning opportunities into results. You’re passionate about agriculture and motivated to make a real impact in the field.You’ll Also Bring Degree in Agriculture (a higher degree is an advantage). Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing commercial role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
