Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for academic administration and student support?GBSB Global is looking for a Registrar Officer to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our Registrar and Admissions Compliance functions.Main Responsibilities:Support Registrar team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.Assist in providing centralized administrative support to Admissions and Academic departments.Help manage and maintain accurate student records, including data entry and updates within academic systems.Participate in the documentation process, including preparation, verification, and coordination with external stakeholders.Serve as a point of contact for students regarding course registration, tuition payments, academic records, and general inquiries.Review and process academic petitions, forms, and documents to ensure compliance.Assist in validating student eligibility for academic programs and course selection.Coordinate communication and documentation logistics, including mailings, scanning, and digital filing.Maintain structured databases and track academic records and registrar activities.Support academic processes such as uploading grades, generating transcripts, issuing diplomas, and verifying certificates.Contribute to reporting and quality assurance efforts to support continuous improvement and compliance.Candidate Profile:1–2 years of experience in a Registrar or Academic Administration role (experience in higher education is a plus).Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish or other languages are a plus.Good communication skills and a student-focused mindset.Familiarity with academic software systems and digital workflows.Basic understanding of data protection (GDPR) and academic compliance is an asset.
