You will assist in processing invoices, managing payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with numbers, ensuring accuracy in financial data, and contributing to efficient financial processes in a global, fast-paced environment.You will work closely with the Finance Team and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies and standards.TasksAccounts Payable & Vendor ManagementProcess and verify vendor invoices from multiple channels.Ensure timely and accurate execution of payments.Maintain up-to-date vendor records and payment schedules.Reconciliation & ReportingPerform regular bank reconciliations.Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.Prepare and maintain accounting documentation for audits.Support the preparation of internal financial reports and analysis.Financial AdministrationVerify and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy.Organize and update financial documentation and records.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial procedures.RequirementsMust-HavesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.Fluency in English (C1) and French (B2+); Arabic is a plus.Based in Tunisia with a reliable remote work setup.Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.PreferredExperience in an international or remote work environment.Knowledge of multi-currency transactions and digital payment systems.Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.BenefitsWhat We Offer100% remote work within Tunisia.Clear career growth opportunities within the finance department.Exposure to international operations and multicultural collaboration.Structured onboarding, mentoring, and training support.Paid vacation and flexible time-off policy promoting work-life balance.If you are based in Tunisia and motivated to grow your finance career within a global organization, please submit your CV and a short cover letter explaining your interest in this role.
