Always,” it reflects our vision to meet the premium mobility needs of our customers in a way that makes them feel part of our family.We were proud to be recognised in the AFR BOSS Best Places to Work 2022 list, validating our ongoing commitment to being an employer of choice.About The RoleMercedes-Benz Melbourne is seeking a Registration Clerk to join our high-performing Sales Administration team.Reporting directly to the Senior Manager – Sales, Finance & Insurance, this role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant and timely processing of all vehicle registrations across our New, Demonstrator, Pre-Owned and Van divisions.Key Responsibilities (not limited to)Process all vehicle registrations, transfers and plate allocations in line with VicRoads and Mercedes-Benz compliance requirements.Prepare, check and submit registration documentation for all vehicle categories (New, Demo, Pre-Owned, Fleet).Manage sensitive registration and ownership documents including transfer forms, RCTI settlements and compliance paperwork.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within dealer management systems and internal logs.Liaise with Retail Business Managers, Sales Consultants and Delivery Coordinators to ensure error-free and timely vehicle deliveries.Coordinate plate inventory including returns, allocations and cancellations.Support Stock Control with data entry, VIN verification and stock status updates.Monitor registration backlogs and proactively communicate delays or compliance risks to management.Ensure all activities align with Mercedes-Benz Australia compliance and internal audit standards.Provide administrative support to the broader operations team as required.About YouYou will bring:Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and dealer management systems.A proactive, solution-focused approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Outstanding communication skills and a professional presentationPrevious experience within an automotive dealership environment.Why Join UsIf you’re looking to build your career within a globally recognised luxury brand and enjoy working within a supportive and dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.Join a business recognised by AFR BOSS Best Places to Work and align your career with the three-pointed star.Apply now and be part of something extraordinary.
